It may come as a surprise to you, but impee is also a part time Chef and Bar Tender, while at home, or at a friend's party.

Below I have provided you with a couple of my recipes, so please try them.


 
 

 
 

 

 
 

 
Pina Colada - Cocktail
This a impee's personal recipe, how to make the perfect Pina Colada!
Serving 2 Glasses
Items Required:
Blender
Pina Colada
40cl Shot Measure
Tall Glass
Ice Cubes
Straws
Ingredients:
1.5 shots Rum (Bacardi)
0.5 shot Coconut Cream
8 Shots Pineapple Juice (100% Juice, with bits)
2 or 3 Ice Cubes
Preparation:
1.
Place 2 empty cocktail glasses in the freezer 10 minutes before hand.
2.
Pour all ingredients into the blender.
3.
Blend on full power till the mixture is nice and fluffy and all the ice has crushed... (just over minute).
Serving:
Serve with a coloured straw.
Notes:
If you desire a Perfect Pina Colada Cocktail, then do not substitute the above ingredients, especially the Pineapple Juice and Coconut Cream. Also, ensure all ingredients are pre-chilled.
For Pineapple Juice, use one similar to "Sainsburys Pure Pineapple Juice with bits" or the Tropicana version. Please do not use juice which says "from Concentrate". For Coconut Cream, use any similar to "Blue Elephant Coconut Cream".

Spanish Sangria - Cocktail
This a impee's personal recipe, how to make the perfect Sangria!
Serving 6 Glasses
Items Required:
Refrigerator
Sangria Indredients
Glass bowl
Ice Cubes
Straws
Ingredients:
1/2 Lemon
1/2 Lime
Sangria Jug
1/2 Orange
220ml Brandy
100g Sugar (5 table spoons)
1 Dry Red wine
235ml Orange Juice
Preparation:
1.
Mix all the above and leave it in a glass (not plastic) bowl in the fridge over night. This allows the flavours to infuse.
Sangria Serving
Serving:
To Serve it in an authentic Spanish style:
In a tall glass
With a straw
With ice cubes
Once completed, it will taste strong, but to be honest, that is the way it is meant to be...have a glass in Spain and see :)
However, if it is still a bit too strong for your liking, you can add a little sparkling water to your glass.
Notes:
This cocktail will taste quite similar to the sangria you will find in Spain!
This is perfect for a summer party, but it is also fine for winter (as I did).

Garlic Chicken
ingredients
This a impee's own recipe, how to make the perfect Stir Fry!
Items Required:
Glass Oven Dish
Garlic Press
Baster (optional)
Ingredients:
1 Large Organic Chicken
preparation
4 Large Garlic Cloves
2 Large Tomatos
2 Hot Chillis
Handful of Jalapenos
Salt & Pepper
Butter / Margarine
Water
Preparation:
ready to cook
1.
Chop up all the vegetables and throw them into the glass dish.
2.
Put 3 large table spoons of Butter in the glass dish.
3.
Pour some Vinegar from the Jalapenos bottle into the the glass dish.
4.
Crush 4 Garlic cloves and put them in the glass dish.
5.
Pour a quarter glass of water into the dish.
6.
Clean the Chicken, removing all the skin and fat.
7.
Put the Chicken into the glass dish (season with salt and pepper), and place in the oven at 200 C.
8.
Baste the chicken every 20 mins.
9.
1.5 to 2 hrs later the chicken will be ready.

To finish off, remove the lid of the dish and grill the chicken for 10 mins
till it becomes golden brown.

Chicken Stir Fry
Sharwoods
Rich Soy Sauce


Soy Sauce
This a impee's own recipe, how to make the perfect Stir Fry!
Items Required:
Stir Fry Wok
Boiling Pot
Deep Fryer (optional)
Ingredients:
1 Sharwood Rich Soy Sauce
12 Chicken Wings (or any form of chicken of choice)
4 large Garlic cloves
1Ginger (a small piece)
6 Table Spoons Cooking Oil
1 Packet of Noodles
Amoy Stir Fry Sauce

Stir Fry Sauce
1/2 Tea Spoon Salt
1Amoy Chinese Stir Fry Sauce (or any of choice)
2 Fresh Stir Fry vegetables pack (Bean shoots & Vegetables)
Preparation:
Stage 1
1.
Cook the chicken in a deep fryer, leave slightly uncooked (this will be fully cooked in stage 2).
2.

At the same time, put noodles in a pot to boil / cook.

Vegetables 1
1.
Warm the stir fry Wok and pour 6 table spoons of oil on low gas.
2.
Chop up Garlic and Ginger and throw them in the Wok (4 cloves of garlic and a similar amount of chopped up Ginger).
3.
Throw in 1/2 Tea Spoon salt.
4.
Pour 2 table spoons of Soy Sauce in the Wok.
5.
Medium flame for a few mins till everything gets slightly cooked.
6.
At the same time throw in the chickens and keep the Wok on low fire.
7.
When the chickens look nearly cooked, thrown in the packs of Stir Fry vegetables.
8.
Turn up the gas to full and pour 3 table spoons of Soy Sauce.
9.
Stir whole Wok every 30 seconds till the vegetables look slightly cooked and most of the water has evaporated.

Once most the water has evaporated, throw in the Noodles and mix thoroughly

Then turn down the gas and pour the Stir Fry Sauce in

Let it simmer for about 10mins, stirring it every 1min
